Transportation volunteers provide transportation to seniors and adults with physical disabilities in their own personal vehicle to medical appointments and various social activities and programs. The expense reimbursement is of $0.50/km. Volunteers must submit proof of $2 million liability required and a current Driver’s Abstract, to be arranged at a volunteer interview. Volunteers require a willingness to offer emotional support. Commitment is typically once a week, for two or three hours, as required. Learn more about our transportation services here.
